Reflection #Cinco 2.24.2106

We are planning on going to Parkplace Mall during Rodeo Break. We as a group will finally be able to eat and review pretzels. Our goal is to provide information on where to find the best pretzels in Tucson, Arizona. We will update you special viewers with our insight. For now we have to prepare for the pretzels that we will be eating.

To my knowledge there are two places to get pretzels but there are probably more. Of course there are more pretzels that we can get outside of places like the mall, but for this specific date we will just try them at the mall. Jaysen likes to bring pretzels to school all the time so if by some chance we don't meet we can rely on him.

Reflection #Tres 2.10.2016
My group and I are progressing towards reviewing pretzels in Tucson, Arizona. So far we helped each other on our elevator pitches and worked to improve my own elevator pitch. We are making plans on a time and date for when we can go sample some pretzels for our project, maybe during spring break because our schedules would be easy to work around. However we decide when to eat pretzels, we will work towards finding out how to make pretzels ourselves.

We haven't looked at any books for our pretzel research but we have talked about looking at different cookbooks and see how many other recipes we can look at. I did find an excerpt from a cookbook titled The Pretzel Cookbook. "Today, everybody has their own favorite pretzel, be they sweet or savory, crunchy or soft, all of which are included in this great collection of more than 150 different recipes, twists, toppings, and fillings for the world's favorite snack!" (Priscilla Warren). With so many recipes, we can be sure that we can find out how to make our own pretzels with our own special twist to them.
